If you have a property in the City of Bristol that you would like to list with the Bristol Housing Authority, please complete the application form.

When completed, please fax it to (860) 585-6033, or mail it to 164 Jerome Avenue, Bristol, CT, 06010.

If you have questions regarding participation as a property owner/landlord in the Housing Choice Voucher Program, please contact the Housing Authority directly at (860) 582-6313.

Properties must pass HQS inspections and not exceed rent payment standards for our area in order to qualify for residential use.
