Rent Payment Options
Rent is always due on the 1st of every month and no later than the 10th.
Effective December 1, 2011 you may pay your rent online!
- Rent can be paid either by check or money order, no cash or credit cards are accepted.
- Checks and/or money orders must be mailed to:

Hartford, CT 06146-2279 - Please be sure to include the bottom portion of your rent statement along with your payment. Residents who do not mail in payments and include the statement will be issued at $21 processing charge.
