Resident Charges
Residents are responsible for the payment of reasonable charges, other than wear and tear, for the repair of damages to the unit.
This includes:
- Damages to the building
- Facilities
- Common areas
Residents are responsible for the repair of damages within the development caused by you, a member of your household, or your guest(s). Charges consist of parts (actual cost) and labor at the present rate at the time of repair.
